31st Annual General Meeting Announcement

31st ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
THE INSTITUTE OF INTERNAL AUDITORS MALAYSIA
We are pleased to inform you that the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Institute will be held as follows:
Date: 13th June 2026 (Saturday)
Time: 10.00 a.m. – 12.00 p.m.
Venue: Pullman 1, Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residences Jalan Conlay, 50450 Kuala Lumpur
The Annual General Meeting is open to all members of the Institute. A copy of the 2025 Annual Report is available on our website at www.iiam.com.my. The Official AGM Notice is enclosed with this notice for your reference.
During the Annual General Meeting, there shall be an election of members to the Board of Governors for the 2026/2027 term. Nomination for candidates must be made in writing via the Nomination Form that is available on www.iiam.com.my .
The completed Nomination Form, a comprehensive curriculum vitae and brief profile of the nominee shall be submitted to the Nomination Committee via email to honorarysecretary@iiam.com.my by 04th June 2026, 5.00 p.m.
Registration Guidelines
If you wish to attend the meeting virtually, please register your attendance at the Vistra SRMY Portal. Please refer to the Administrative Guide for complete instructions on how to register for the 31st AGM. Pre-registration is open from the date of the Notice of 31st AGM on Friday, 22 May 2026 until such time before the voting session ends at the 31st AGM on Saturday, 13 June 2026.
