27TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING THE INSTITUTE OF INTERNAL AUDITORS MALAYSIA

We are pleased to inform you that the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Institute will be held as follows:

Date : 25th June 2022 (Saturday)

Time : 10.00 a.m. – 12.00 p.m.

Venue : Virtual AGM virtual through an Online Meeting Platform at https://conveneagm.com/my/iiamagm2022 provided by Azeusconvene (Convene Malaysia Sdn Bhd)

The Annual General Meeting is open to all members of the Institute. A copy of the 2021 Annual Report is available on our website at www.iiam.com.my. The Official AGM Notice, and the Registration Guideline for the Virtual AGM are enclosed with this notice for your reference.

During the Annual General Meeting, there shall be an election of members to the Board of Governors for the 2022/2023 term. Nomination of candidates must be made in writing via the Nomination Form that is available on www.iiam.com.my .

The completed Nomination Form, a comprehensive curriculum vitae and brief profile of the nominee shall be submitted to the Nomination Committee via email to honorarysecretary@iiam.com.my by 16th June 2022, 5.00 p.m.

Please register your attendance to the AGM at https://conveneagm.com/my/iiamagm2022 by 22nd June 2022, 5.00 p.m.
