Renew Membership

Applicable for expired membership after 31 March.

First-time users: Please follow Step 1 to activate your account. If your account has already been activated, proceed directly to Step 2.

Step 1:

1. If account is not activated, email MMS-Support@iiam.com.my to request activation link
2. Activation link will be sent to registered email
3. Click verification link and complete setup
4. Create password and log in to portal

Step 2:

1. Login to Member Portal.
2. Access available for:

1. • Admin
   • Head of Department
   • Training PIC
2. Ensure organisation information is updated:
   • Company details
   • Contact information
   • Nominee list
   • Audit Committee information
   • Sponsored members (can add after your membership re-instatement approved)

3. Click ‘Re-instatement’ in the left navigation menu.
4. Review and confirm membership details.
5. If changes of TIER required, email renewal@iiam.com.my.
6. Select payment method – kindly email to renewal@iiam.com.my to request for invoice/quotation.
7. Submit re-instate application.
8. Upload payment proof in system under “Membership Payment History”.
9. Application will be reviewed by IIA Malaysia
10. Payment will be verified by IIA Malaysia
11. Membership will be reactivated upon approval.
12. Download your receipt from the Member Portal under the “Membership Payment History” section.
