28TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING THE INSTITUTE OF INTERNAL AUDITORS MALAYSIA

We are pleased to inform you that the 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Institute will be held as follows:

Date    : 17th June 2023 (Saturday)
Time   : 10.00 a.m. – 12.00 p.m.
Venue :  Collection Ballroom, Level 2, PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur, Jalan Sultan Ismail Bukit Bintang, 50250 Kuala Lumpur.

The Annual General Meeting is open to all members of the Institute. A copy of the 2022 Annual Report is available on our website at www.iiam.com.my. The Official AGM Notice are enclosed with this notice for your reference.

During the Annual General Meeting, there shall be an election of members to the Board of Governors for the 2023/2024 term. Nomination of candidates must be made in writing via the Nomination Form that is available on www.iiam.com.my.

The completed Nomination Form, a comprehensive curriculum vitae and brief profile of the nominee shall be submitted to the Nomination Committee via email to honorarysecretary@iiam.com.my by 8 th June 2023, 5.00 p.m.
