The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel & Convention Centre, Kuala Lumpur on 21st June 2025, at 10.00 am.

Voting Procedure: All voting will be done by ballot procedure on the day of the Annual General Meeting

Submission of Questions: All questions may be raised on the day of the AGM.

30TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

THE INSTITUTE OF INTERNAL AUDITORS MALAYSIA

We are pleased to inform you that the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Institute will be held as follows:

Date : 21st June 2025 (Saturday)
Time : 10.00 a.m. – 12.00 p.m.
Venue : R Studio 1, Level 1, Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel & Convention Centre, KUALA LUMPUR

The Annual General Meeting is open to all members of the Institute. A copy of the 2024 Annual

Report is available on our website at www.iiam.com.my. The Official AGM Notice are enclosed with this notice for your reference.

During the Annual General Meeting, there shall be an election of members to the Board of Governors for the 2025/2026 term. Nomination of candidates must be made in writing via the Nomination Form that is available on www.iiam.com.my .

The completed Nomination Form, a comprehensive curriculum vitae and brief profile of the nominee shall be submitted to the Nomination Committee via email to
honorarysecretary@iiam.com.my by 12th June 2025, 5.00 p.m.
