The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residences, Kuala Lumpur on 13th June 2026, at 10.00 am.
Registration Guidelines:
If you wish to attend the meeting virtually, please register your attendance at the Vistra SRMY Portal by referring to the Administrative Guide for the complete instructions on how to register for the 31st AGM. Pre-registration is open from the date of the Notice of 31st AGM on Friday, 22 May 2026 until such time before the voting session ends at the 31st AGM on Saturday, 13 June 2026.

Voting Procedure:
All voting will be conducted online during the Annual General Meeting through the Remote Participation and Voting (RPV) facilities.
Submission of Questions:
Questions may be submitted online by virtual participants, while attendees present at the AGM venue may raise their questions in person during the meeting.
